So, I just held a handstand for about seven and a half seconds. I’m not good at handstands so the fact that I even was able to balance was awesome. I’ve decided that I want to have and maintain abs. So, I’ve started to work out too and I can barely do 10 push-ups. Hopefully, overtime, I can get stronger. My goal is to be able to do the Naruto workout without running out of breath. The Naruto workout consists of 100 push-ups, 100 squats, 75 sit-ups, 75 dips, 50 pull-ups, 50 lunges, a 3-mile run, and 30 seconds of shadow boxing, then 30 seconds of burpees, next another 30 seconds of shadow boxing, and finally 30 seconds of jump squats and repeat the 30 second stuff for 5 sets.
