WHEW! I am so sorry I haven't updated The Brotherhood yet. I thought I'd have a chance to, but things have been crazy busy for me lately. I had a video project/commission for a big event that took me almost 24h of work. I helped out some friends because they both had the flu and needed help caring for their toddler. And then on top of that, I had two music rehearsals and one day where I had three back-to-back music performances. Needless to say I'm a bit wiped out. I've been slowly chipping away at the next chapter to release. Hopefully I'll be able to soon. I'm still very much planning on continuing this book until it's done. Thanks for bearing with me.

The Brotherhood will be updated in the next day or two. I had to take a little break because I have back to back obligations this weekend singing and playing instrumentals for a wedding, a funeral, and a Mass. So it's just been too chaotic to add anything to the story. I'll be back soon, friends!

I've been contemplating whether I should change the brothers' names in The Brotherhood. I tried to lean away from kpop ff for this book, other than keeping Jeno's name, but now I'm wondering if I ought to go back and change Adam and Ben to Minho and Yukhei respectively. If anyone reading this new book wants to share their insight or opinions on this, please reach out. If I'm too far into the story for the names to be changed, that's okay too. I just keep fighting myself about it, not sure what to do.

@Lree25 I can definitely see that. I have used Adam and Ben as their names in RP before because I think they look so much like brothers IRL, so I was already comfortable doing so. But yes, as you asked, I do kind of wonder if the fact that it isn't fanfiction will hold people back. That said, I don't know if I care. I'm having fun writing it and I don't want it to be fanfiction exactly. With Jeno, I kept his name, but I'm purposely not saying his surname so that he's not *fully* Lee Jeno, if that makes sense. 
            
            Anyway, thank you so much for reading this and for giving me some feedback. I think I'll leave the names for now and see what happens. I suppose I could go back and change them later if I really wanted to. I'm having fun exploring this side of my writing, so thank you for being on this crazy ride with me!

After a long hiatus, I have decided to publish an ongoing story I've been playing with for the past several years on and off, titled "The Brotherhood". I think it finally deserves a chance. So, please let me know what you think. It is a completely different genre than Virtuoso, and it features original characters (though they are still based on kpop in my imagination.)
          
          If you're interested in a darker story with more action and thriller aspects, please check it out!

@Lree25  thank you so much! The feedback is much appreciated. I'm used to writing action/thriller styles, but have never really dug into powers and all that, so it's a bit more challenging. It's harder when there are no rules, if that makes sense.

@bangtan_storytime oh Sweetheart, you are most definitely amazing at sci-fi/fantasy writing!!!  This story kind of gets off slow but then bam!, it just sucks you right into Jeno,Mr. Mysterious

Well, my friends... After a long, long journey, we are finally getting to the end of Virtuoso. It's a bit bittersweet to announce that there are only three chapters left to be released. 
          
          I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for your support through this project. Once completed, this will be the single biggest creative project I've ever done and saw through to the very end, and it is the first completed work I've ever published. Never did I imagine this story would grow to be well over 125,000 words or that it would gain anywhere near the following it has. I am immensely grateful for this experience and for each and every one of you who have supported me along the way. I hope that the finale of Virtuoso will have been worth the wait.

@bangtan_storytime I really love this book!  It has so many life events that make such a huge impact on the characters lives.  This kind of made me remember decisions I made when I was younger that led me to greater things.  Reminds me of times in my life where the love is so great that it killed me when I lost something (and people) that were such influences on me.
            The smut (to be honest) reminds me of intense love between myself & my boyfriend for 5 years & now husband of 25 years -- how we would lose ourselves in each other & experience new, exciting and amazing ways to be together.

@Paintpuddle2021 a Jane and Roy prequel is planned. I have other ideas, too, but that's the first one I plan to do. 
            
            I'm very touched by your comments and your dedication to the story. I hope to share more stories in the future. I've got plenty of ideas I'm excited to see come to life. 
            
            I'm definitely sad to see the story end, too. I'm doing my best to make it the most fulfilling ending possible. I want the journey to be worth it for all who were onboard for the ride.

          I just wanted to reach out and say thank you to all of you for your patience and for your loyalty. I was quite nervous about returning to this project after having taken such a long time off, and I'm immensely grateful that you have returned to continue this journey with me. The universe works in very interesting ways. This time it seems the right sequence of events has led me right back here, and I couldn't be happier.
          
          I hope to soon deliver the completed work that I've always promised, that I do the characters justice, and that it was worth waiting for.
