@banqhoe Idk if this is good advice but try to casually distancing from them. If you have to interact with the person, make sure it's small talk and business only.  If you are in a room together respectfully hold your distance away from them but not too far to not hurt their feelings (if you know each other). Engage in fun activities with your friends that doesn't have to do with your crush to hopefully distract you. Having your crush to also be a great source of inspiration and encouragement makes you feel more alive, so separating from them is definitely heartbreaking. It's not easy for sure. (Please correct if this is bad advice)

i was aiming to finish all 25 chapters of act one by the end of this year but I fear I will be stuck writing chapter 21 for the rest of my life.
          
          will be publishing chapter 8 as soon as it's done!! or if not, I might just publish it this weekend lmaoo

@breezynix hi! I've been seeing you in my Wattpad orbit for a while now and thought I might as well follow and get to know you! And sure thing, some of my favourite books are If We Were Villains by M.L Rio, the Neapolitan novels by Elena Ferrante, and the Raven Cycle series by Maggie Stiefvater! I'd highly recommend IWWV and the Raven Cycle, they made me the writer I am today!! And yes, TSH helped inspire my books too lol

@breezynix if you don't mind can I ask you your favourite published books because based on your books I feel like I do have the same taste and I've been trying to find good dark academia book but nothing beats TSH
