All you need to do right now is focus on yourself. Self care comes first. Especially right now when we’re dealing with this pandemic. I recommend meditating, and by meditating I mean clearing your mind and focusing on nothing for 30 minutes or more per day. It will help you destress. Also, excercise! It helps!
