Hi! So I finally got around to posting something! Just a quick short story. It's for my English class, and it has to be like two paragraphs shorter to fit the requirements, so if you see anything obvious that I can take out, please let me know! Hope you like it!

hello all! I'm just popping in to say that I changed my username from whatamidoinghereidk to bbwrites51 (still got a little bit of that emergency branding). To be clear, I'm not taking down any of my emergency stories, even if I'm not all that proud of them... but I definitely am going to begin posting original fiction! I've been working on a lot of writing this summer and I would love to build a community to help me edit and think through my works! If you don't like that and are just here for emergency, it's fine to unfollow me! No hard feelings, I totally get it. But anyway, thank's a lot and I can't wait for you all to read my new stuff :)

been a teeny inactive so sorry for that, the last chapter was honestly as far as I'd planned ahead in the story... like i know the ending and a bunch of things much further down the road, but it took me awhile to get the story back into my head. Hopefully there'll be an update soon tho

just posted another chapter of blinded by the stars (this is probably my favorite chapter to date because I've been waiting sooo long to finally write them together and their great chemistry and such so yay!!)

wow for lack of a happy ending has over 300 views????????? Why would anyone read that???????? why???? I kid, I kid, thanks dudes. But honestly once I finish blinded by the stars (In 10,000 years) I'd like to rewrite lack of a happy ending to see how much my writing has improved? Cause I feel like the flow of the story is really bad and I didn't have a great grip on the characters at that point. I mean, that was my first fanfiction published, and one of the first I'd written since I was like, eight? So I'd like to give it another go :)

As you're probably aware, this hasn't been a great day for the United States. Our future president is racist, homophobic and sexist, among other things. He has sexually assaulted women, called mexicans rapists, fed islamophobia, downgraded women, and said despicable things such as his "grab em by the p*ssy" comment. I'm incredibly disappointed by this outcome,  and disappointed that 2016 will not be the year of the first female president. While privileged white males celebrate there are people of color sobbing in the streets, families fearing deportation, women afraid to go outside, and lgbtq people fearing that they will lose their hard earned rights. While these things are happening, the KKK is out celebrating. There have been many tears shed today, by me, my friends, my teachers, and millions of other americans. I hope and pray that love will prevail in the end. Stay safe everyone, this is a scarey time to be alive <3
