reminder to anyone reading that you're perfect in your own way and beautiful and dont need to change anything about yourselves. even if you feel down about yourself, realize that you are someone's reason to smile. just the way you are. please don't try to change yourself to fit anyone's standards. it isn't worth it.

this post is targeted to starvation. as someone who has tried and is recovering from it, don't try it. your body goes into what is called into a starvation mode, and that little amount of food you consumed as a feast for not eating for three days? your body freaks out at that food, keeping the fat so your body doesn't decline.

starvation is by no means healthy. you can faint, gain an eating disorder from it, as it is addictive (i can confirm), and even die.

"but i will loose weight and be skinny and beautiful" yes, you'll loose weight.

but guess what? what happens when you start eating "normally" again? (i used normally because you get into the habit of not eating too much and it gets to the point of not being able to stomach food that is much more than what can, lets say, fit in your palm. it's different for everyone, but it was the case for me.)

you'll gain everything and more back. it just doesn't work like that.

and even if you /are/ skinny after starving, and want to continue it, you're very unhealthy. you're malnourised, dehydrated, exhausted, and you even look unhealthy. your skin starts to look worse, your bones start to show, your eyes look more sunken in, dark circles under your eyes, you look horrible after starving.

if you really want to loose weight, make an effort to eat /healthy./ not starve, honey. the five food groups, excercising, etc.

you're all beautiful just the way you are, and i hope this small post helps someone. i love all of you, stay healthy.

a healthy body is prettier and more natural than a skeleton yall we got it all wrong
