Synopsis:
Ameli Gracia Montes is studying medicine at the University of Santo Thomas, but then summer came, and she's back in Cebu City, where her sister Alana Giovanna Montes-Salazar lives together with her husband, Arthur Leather Salazar, who became one of the richest businessmen in Asia at the age of 32 and is also a successful engineer.
Her sister Alana married Arthur six years ago, when Ameli also first met Arthur and fell in love. Ameli denied it to herself at first, but not until she accidentally kissed her "brother-in-law" and confirmed her feelings. She knows she's wrong and stops herself from falling harder, but then, when she's about to give up, an accident occurs. Alana was in a car accident and was put in a vegetative state. What will Ameli do now that her sister is no longer there to witness? Will she stop or continue her feelings? Will Arthur betray his wife for a sister who wants to be his?
