Tips on shifting?

Wattpad scares me sometimes 

I need to stop coming up with random ideas for books then writing around that whole idea but end up shifting it so much that I don't even remember the main love interest.

As of late, I've grown an addiction to AtLA. I'm currently writing about it to slow my obsession, but if any of you would be interested, I can post it here. I'm just going to need a few name suggestions. (If you follow me for Malcolm or Spencer, those stories are being put on hold because I'm a baby, and I don't want to see them get hurt or watch the series end, so until I man up those will probably not be updated.)

Should I try writing gay male character stories? I already plan on some lesbian characters but what about the gay men. I mean they need love too. Leave suggestions pretty please.

For the people that read my Prodigal Son book I have 2 questions.
          
          1. Do you all have any ideas that you’d want to see?
          
          2. Do you also watch Criminal Minds/ be interested in a Criminal Minds book?

Why the heck would I name a character in a Harry Potter book “Nellie” I keep reading it as Neville!

I’m putting the FW story on hold for a bit. I do think I’ll be updating my other stories soon though.

Why was the early 2000’s just everyone being typical teenagers?
