Anyone else struggle with making characters have distinct voices? Sometimes I feel my characters are cut from the same cloth or just sound the same, even if they are from different stories.

@beautifully_brokenX Maybe go ahead and write them even though they sound similar, but then go back and re-write parts you feel strongest about and write it with those strong feelings.  That might make each character sort of come alive in your mind with a certain passion that is different than the others.
          	  Maybe?

@Bindi2018 ah I should go back and update character charts. I had some ideas in my head about my characters but I always forget to write them down. I’ll try that out and learn more about them!

I finally sorted out my Mosaic dilemma  Currently, it’s been unpublished while I go back and make some changes. But after that, I will continue to update it and finally get somewhere with it.

I’m so tempted to unpublish Mosaic for a bit since I finally figured out an actual plot and the first couple chapters are just a mess. But if I do that, I don’t think I’ll ever pick it up again. 
          
          I’ve been so focused on The Distance Between since I have so many ideas for that one. But I do miss Mosaic and I’m a little sad I haven’t been able to move along with it. 
          
          This week is finals week for me. Anyone else still on school?

@Bindi2018 thank you, I think I might go back to outlining for a bit and type out a few chapters before I unpublish what I have now. I’ll work something out 
            
            Wow, lucky them! A whole month off sounds like a dream haha

Anyone else love the idea of writing, but when it comes to actually writing spends more time staring at a blank screen? Yeah, me too. 
          
          I have so many ideas but putting them into words is harder than I thought xD

Oh my gosh, definitely. It’s so incredibly difficult and frustrating at times, but I can’t seem to stop lol
