Hello...I read your comment and would like to answer your question. Firstly I couldn't update because my computer broke down. Secondly I didn't write the authors note from my computer, I used a iPad and had to get someone else to write the authors note while I told them what to write. The reason behind this is because I'm blind and without my own computer it's difficult for me to write and know exactly what I am writing. I appreciate your comments but I would like to add that if someone has written something to let their readers to let them know why they can't update it doesn't mean that we are making things up. I sometimes get annoyed also with authors for not updating but I also appreciate and understand that time also comes into it and other factors.
