“you want me to do what?” the words that escape the mercenaries cloth-covered lips are whispered in confusion. whilst she will do almost anything for money, what she thinks she hears from the woman before her certainly could not be true. “i do not think i heard you. would you say it again?”

"i do not know who you are, but i need your lineage." the woman says after a few short moments of silence on her part, her tongue gliding along her teeth out of habit. she was thinking, perhaps of how she would do what was asked of her. how would she find someone who was related to this woman? she did not even know her name, and yet here she was. oh, the things she would do to finally be self-sufficient.

@sharperbIades She had no plans on going anywhere, not this time around. She actually was mildly curious as to what had happened to her family line. She had heard some rumours, those who claimed the Dol Amroth's ruling family harboured elvish blood. That was more than true, of course but that didn't mean the line hadn't changed. And she had time, far more time than the girl in front of her had. She had nowhere to be. "I will be here," she replied.

cerre waits for a moment, thinking about the ask and then she’s nodding her head. “i am sure that i could do that.” the response is quiet, and then after a moment of pause, she pulls down the cloth from her face. “then i assume that you will still be here when i find them, and intend to return to tell you the news.”
