When life beats you down, remember to get up again. Remember to fight for what you believe in. Remember that while you forget how to smile, you bring a smile on someone's face. Because they love you and because they care about you. Remember to always keep fighting ( and I know it's a campaign but it is one of the best) and remember that you are not alone ( again, it's an amazing campaign). Remember that there are always persons out there who love you and care about you. Remember how you will hurt them if you hurt yourself.
Remember that there is always another way and that people, friends and family, will help you to find that way, that they will show you that way, if only you let them in. 
And remember, that if you don't want to talk about these things, that it can help to talk to persons who you don't know. 
Remember that most times, if persons bully you, it doesn't matter how, that most of those are jealous because you seem to have the perfect life and they don't. Don't let life get you down, because life will give you the most beautiful things. But stars can't shine without darkness.
So you deserve all the good things that happen to you. You deserve the best friends, the most perfect loved ones. And life will make sure that you get them. Have faith in tomorrow. All bad and dark times have an end and then the light will be better than ever before. You just have to remember to be open for it. Open your hart for the good things in life.
