          Yeah! First, I usually do 5 frames per second because 3 frames seems a little too choppy if you get what I mean. Second, after you complete an animation whether it’s 1 minute or 5 send it to a friend or show it to a relative and get their opinion on it. Ask a couple questions like: “do you think that somebody in the (insert age group here) group would enjoy this?” “Are there any scenes that could last a little longer or be a little shorter?” etc
