          Taylor Swift haters make me a little mad ingl. They complain that shes bland and soulless, and when you say they’ve only listened to one song, they say things like ‘I’ve heard her songs in stores and I know a lot of them’. 
          Bro.
          Of course her POP songs are gonna be played in stores— who plays sad songs there? Of course the pop songs are gonna be “soulless” (although I hate that term), they are literally pop genre, it’s not gonna be the best lyricism in the world. If you’re going to hate on pop artists, hate on Sabrina or something. She has no shakespearean lyricism in her songs, and thats ok? Because, again, she is a pop artist? No offence to Sabrina fans, but for some reason everyone glazes her cause she’s pretty and young.
          Back to my point, do people seriously expect the saddest, most meaningful songs to be played regularly and be popular? No, the internet hates that for some reason. In fact, Cardigan is popular and meaningful and yet people conveniently forget that song exists when they’re hating on her. 
          If you’re going to hate on her, do your research. If you listen to Evermore and Folklore and still say you don’t like her, IM IN LOVE WITH YOU. Not because you dislike her, but because you actually gave her a chance before deciding on an opinion.
          I get that she “sings about boys too much” but so does literally every other female artist, Yoyre just looking for excuses at this point. Her music has a big impact. Maybe she’s a little overrated, but that’s her more mainstream songs, so obviously they are going to be popular. Rahhh
          Her haters are the lowkey the same people who listen to Dua Lipa btw.
