Hi, Bea!! I just finished reading my TKAA paperback. I love how you characterized everyone, you made them all feel SO REAL. It felt like I had a little mini Finn, Ronan, Becca, and Jasper on my shoulder telling me everything LMAO. I really really love all the scenes you added I also just really liked just the changes u made in the plot, and when I came across a new scene it really felt like unwrapping a gift at Christmas. Your writing’s so yummy and FUN that I wanna eat the page… and you also made me feel emotional in angsty scenes with that writing. Also a really like how all the drama between the characters feels realistic (ignore the kraken in the room). Like the way that all the teenage characters interact with each other feels REAL because they don’t always make the right choices or say the right things. Theyre not perfect, they make mistakes, and they’re just trying to figure out how to deal with their circumstances. I really love love love how perfectly you captured that <3.
When and if you decide to edit KTD to be contiguous with everything u changed in TKAA, and if you publish it, I would LOVE to buy it. I just can’t wait to know what happens next in this version of events. Also if you decide to continue CbK, I’ll be here to read it and absolutely buy it someday (if u wanna publish it too because having the whole trilogy on my bookshelf would mean the world :D). I first started reading ur books when I was 12 (don’t mind the cringe comments I no doubt left at 14!!), now I’m almost 17!! I even met my bestie because of ur books (@HaveANiceFriday). It’s crazy how time flies, but it was defo worth the wait and sm more to get TKAA in my hands! I think it’s very fitting to read it again now that I’m in the summer between sophomore and junior year. Lots of luck for the future, congrats again on getting it published!!!!!!
