i need a fantasy book series that has the main romantic pairing characters with children, but the kids aren’t babies and are old enough to be relevant to the plot. i feel like you don’t see that very often, but i would love to see a full on family unit dynamic in a fantasy setting compared to the more expected sibling/romantic/found family dynamics in this genre. and now don’t get me wrong, i love those relationships, but i am craving a book series that almost embodies like the dynamic of the sully family from the “avatar” movies. does that make sense?? so, does anyone have any recs??

and maybe it takes a few books or so to actually get to the kids, that’s fine, but just let me see beyond the basic happy ever after of a romantic couple and see what becomes of their lives. let me read some family angst!!!

I started the daryl dixon fanfic survive and before I knew it I was so caught up in the book I finished the first and second and third  book in a few weeks and now that I'm currently on the third book endure. I'm sooooooooooooooooooooooooooo obcessed with Astrid and Daryl now. This is amazing what you have made. These books are one of my favorite Daryl Dixon fanfics EVER!!!. I've gone over and reread all the books again. Can't wait to find out what happens next
