Frost and snowflakes. Are they the same?

Have you ever just sat there listening to the bull someone says about someone you love, That person is doing their best and someone goes off about them because they just want to be..... gosh. Why are people in this world so heartless. That too when they are close to you. 
          This is why I say love is dead. To me, it really is.
