the past few years of my life have been so extremely eye-opening. they have been excessively tough and i have honestly extremely suffered. however, i have extremely high hopes for this year and a feeling i haven’t had in years!! i truly believe this is the year for us all. on that note,, keep an eye out for a new book I’ve been working on ;)

i feel like this post is very long overdue. now, this is extremely personal but I have received so many lovely messages and I’ve been gone so long I feel like you all deserve this explanation. firstly, I would like to thank you all for supporting me and sticking by me- I honestly love u all so much.
in 2022, i began really struggling with my mental health due to family events. at the end of the year, i relapsed. at the start of 2023, i entered a relationship with someone i truly believed had been sent into my life to save me from the darkness.
boy could i not have been more wrong
sadly, i found myself caught up in an extremely abusive and toxic relationship, which led to me using again. this relationship ended but the addiction stuck.
luckily, i have the most supportive best friend ever (my rhiannon) who has helped me through it all. i really didn’t think i’d be here today, and i nearly wasn’t.
please check on the people around you. if ANY of you are suffering, i am ALWAYS and i mean ALWAYS available to talk with confidentiality and no judgement.
