@dapaynechain currently i have a carriere appliance whihc is a bar on my top teeth and a bracket in the back of my bottem teeth and its connected with a rubberband but i have this for 9 months and then i get braces for 2 years

i got a carriere motion appliance in my mouth today (look it up) and this hurts so bad, i have to have it for 6-9 months and i think ima die, after i finish with this i have to get braces. someone kill me

ts hurts so unbelivably bad, like its to pull my bottem jaw fowards to fix my over bite so not only do i have that but because my retainer is new its tight so that hurts too, its so much pain and i have to keep it for 20-22 hours a day and i have 2-4 hours a day TOTAL to have it off and can only take it off when eating or drinking... GET TS OUT MY MOUTH.

@izzytomlinson28 googled it. that looks fucking painful and I can feel the cold metal in my mouth through the screen (and also maybe bcz I have braces too lol) eugh
