          Permanent happiness comes from your choosing to be permanently happy. When you choose happiness, then you attract all happy things.

          If you feel depressed, it's okay to talk about it. If you feel anxious, it's okay to talk about it. If you feel lonely, it's okay to talk about it. If you are struggling with any mental health problems, it's okay to talk about it
          
          Every day we have plenty of opportunities to get angry, stressed, or offended. But what you're doing when you indulge the negative emotions is giving something outside yourself power over your happiness. You can choose to not let little things upset you.

          You deserve to rest. Even if only for a moment. Put down the weight you're carrying. Let go of the need to keep it all together. Take off your warrior mask. For this moment, now... Just breathe.
          
          
          
          Reset, restart, and refocus. But don't you dare give up on your dreams.
