            and yeah, i’m chronically online and on my phone, so i definitely need breaks and to start focusing on my mental health. my therapist actually recommended me reduce my screen time and honestly, i’ve already started noticing an improvement in my mental health recently. i do think that the past week i’ve done better than i have in an entire month and a half if that makes sense. and thank you so much, you’re so sweet ^^
