Hello,
I was re-reading one of your books, This Isn’t Everything You Are, and a thought came to mind that I wanted to share. What if Louis wasn’t pregnant with a son but rather with twin daughters, and the accident occurred a little later? In this version, the daughters survive, but Louis loses his memory due to the accident. Given his mental condition, the doctors suggest not trying to help him remember anything. Perhaps there could also be a four-year leap before they meet again, with the story continuing from there.
Additionally, how about tying the accident to someone who doesn’t want them to be together? My imagination tends to run wild, but I can’t help wondering how the story would unfold with these changes. Would you consider writing a story with this content? I’d absolutely love to read it!
By the way, I’ve read all your books—not just once—and I truly adore your writing.
