A Tale from Beyond (ATfB) is a psychological adventure story, written and developed by myself. It started simply as a roblox avatar; a purple and yellow banded top hat with a matching suit. ATfB is still very much a work in progress, the story itself hasn’t even been written let alone started. As previously stated, it started as just an avatar, however as time went on it developed more into a story throughout 2022. However, after writing a chapter and a half, I got caught up with school and work, pretty much leaving it in an indefinite hiatus. Recently, I found myself indulging in multiple webseries and ARGs, watching video essays and sorts. This, alongside passionate conversations sparked a want in me to reintroduce my character Beyond. Going from a VERY poorly written story of an other worldly entity (Malicous) falling in love with Beyond and wanting him to herself, by whatever means necessary. Evolving to a long emotional story of a mentally deranged Beyond fighting inner turmoils within family and friends, becoming a pawn in a grand scheme to purge the world of all living life on Earth, followed by a celestial entity, being MLE-413–or Malice. A Tale from Beyond is a story that comes with much love, its evolution over the last few months specifically have been great. The game part may take years, though this account serves as just a good reference for each of the main characters featured in ATfB.
