i don’t have the words to fully explain what your work has meant to me, but you deserve to hear it, so i’m going to try.
i’ve been reading since the beginning. every book. i still come back because something in your writing has always felt like more than fiction. i know it’s fanfic. but it goes deeper than that. the way you move through Black culture, mythology, the supernatural, love that feels ancient and unfinished, you were tapping into something real whether you knew it or not.
your stories were part of what helped me come into my identity. they sparked academic work rooted in Black diaspora culture that i am deeply proud of. and they were quietly threaded through a spiritual awakening around past lives, mythology, and what love really is and why some connections feel like they started somewhere before this lifetime, questions i am still walking through.
you wrote Black women into mythological spaces with weight and intention and beauty. and for someone like me, that mattered more than i can measure.️
most authors never get to know what their words actually did for someone. i’ve been carrying this for years and i just needed you to know.
thank you for writing. thank you for not stopping. thank you for putting it here where people like me could find it.

I can admit, I never know if my readers genuinely feel the love, research and thought that I put into my stories because writing is genuinely my outlet to express all the rampant thoughts in my head. I love literature and was an English prodigy as a kid so I really value making my stories as thought through as possible.
