whenever i see their account it makes me anxious, like they're gonna come back and hurt me more
          im so scared of them, what do i do?

Oh but you didnt own up to yours :) I know i did things wrong and Ill admit that wholeheartedly!
          But did you admit your wrongdoings? Nope!
          You pretended to care about someone and didn't explain when they did something wrong, and assumed they'd change. You assumed someone can change something they didn't even know was wrong.
