@billiearmstrongRULES I wouldn't exactly call Zenitsu a perv, especially if you're comparing him to Mineta from MHA. I mean, he literally ran away from women in the Entertainment District Arc that were trying to spend time with him. Pervs like mineta would've taken advantage of that. Is he a bit girl crazy? Yeah I'll admit to that, but I wouldn't say he's a "perv", though that's just my opinion
