I can't remember if Regulus' patronus was actually confirmed but I feel like his would've been a raven. He would've been so firm on it being a raven and Sirius would call it a crow and give him all sorts of crow related nicknames just to piss him off. And in retaliation Regulus would just throw a bone at him and tell him to bury it
