the most played out fanfiction trope has to be the joke chapter, where a character is killed off (or the author pretends to end it early) and then it's like "sike I'm updating it for real soon". like instead of writing something that has nothing to do with the actual story, write the actual story? or don't write anything at all, in regards to that specific story. im pretty sure everyone would rather have a real chapter than a yuck yuck. you're not funny, it's played out and stupid. the dream version of this killing someone off or some other dumb shit gets a pass but it's on thin fucking ice because it's basically the same thing and just as played out, but it can add an element to the story in some way in terms of character development or foreshadowing if done right. 

I love anxiety to the point where I can only exclusively exist when the sun is up. I can't sleep unless it's sunny, can't be awake comfortably unless it sunny. I love being in a perpetual state of fear and paranoia over dumb shit. 

just found out Cameron Boyce died after texting a friend about a Disney show and I don't know what to think. this is horrible. he had such a bright future in the industry. he was an amazing actor.
