            stan took the evenly broken in half chocolate into his dominant right hand , hesitating as he looked at it before he simply took a small bite out of the candy . it was okay , something he seemed to carving beforehand with anything . “ thanks . . ” he murmured softly with a bright smile at the other , not showing his teeth at all since he was still eating .

Bill was happy about today. He got to spend some needed time with his best friend. Stan had asked him to go birdwatching, and he had accepted since he didn't have practice or a game.

          stan had just finished a small one on one game with a teammate of his so his body was slumping a bit , shoulders heavy . maybe if he didn’t run all the way here , it wouldn’t be this bad . he shook his head a bit , stretching a little before he saw the girl . his lips pressed tightly together as he made his way over . “ uh - hey . how’s it going . . ? ” he asked carefully , not wanting to disturb her little drawing session .
