I grow up and learned that there's a things that could hurt us more than the physical pain.. it's even cause us more pain and harm.. and how stupid that it's even could be just a thought.. it's scary.. and dealing with it makes it even more scarier.. and the most thing that we scared of is our own brain.. we can't ignore it.. we can't shut it.. we cannot stop it.. so it's keep workin and workin and workin until the point that we feel like we've to do something to stop it...it's forces us to do things that we were not planning to do them... Things we would do so we could just feel like we control a thing In ourselves.
