so i just found out that a guy still have feelings for has stage 3 cancer and he only has 4 to 3 months to live so he will be gone for my birthday i don't know what to do anymore i'm gonna lose my best friend my first love my everything  i really don't know what to say my life is fucking falling apart everyone is leaving me after he leaves i'm not gonna have anyone anymore he was the last person i had i just want to fucking cry at this point my life is falling apart i've stopped eating i've stopped talking to anyone i've been so down lately i really just all the pain to go away
