sorry for being a month late I’ve been offline for a while BUT if I have any pieces of advice it’s to keep your chapters in the draft for as long as possible. whenever you can, comb through your chapter and change bland words or words you don’t like the look of (I can’t tell you how many times I searched ‘other words for pink’ when writing my fanfic) and when you reach the point where there’s a good flow or you’re happy with it, you’ve done the best you can do. something else that really helped me was reading fanfics similar to what I was writing. I LOVE yandere fanfics and more often than not, when I wasn’t in the drafts tweaking my work, I was reading yandere x readers and picking out words or themes I wanted to incorporate into my writing. hope this helps and thank you for reading!
