How is a joke book my most popular story. I didn't even try to write it well.

I need like a personal motivator who'll just yell at me until I write.

So I'm working on a new story. I wish I could tell you the genre but in order to do that I'd have to know the genre. 
          Anyway, I'm not sure if I should release it all at once or chapter by chapter.
