          	  it took me so long to word the conversation between them because I wanted to do the "show don't tell" method, so I ended up using a bunch of metaphors for the pain these women were put through. I wanted to get across that Eleanora was never a typical wicked stepmother, but more of a woman trapped by ideals she didn't agree with but couldn't go against. and because she's under watch (with some of the Rivera guys lingering nearby), her advice can only be worded in a way that wouldn't be misinterpreted if it got relayed back to the Don. hopefully it worked haha ;^;
          	  
          	  I'll definitely work on Querencia more over the weekend when I have time, hopefully I can get another chapter edited soon!! I'm so excited to keep writing it now that I have a clearer vision for the plot ^^

ayooo I'm super hungover but also dedicated to getting chapter 2 of Querencia out before my holidays are over, which gives me a deadline of tomorrow. strangely enough I'm actually managing to write decently considering the state I'm in so potentially will make it :)

my beans I may have cried in front of 3 people this morning, but at least I got to leave the dentist's without being tortured :') humiliation is a small price to pay for freedom. anyways I'm back to editing Querencia chap 2 because it got the most votes across platforms YAYYYY
          
          also I believe TGCT and Pistanthrophobia were joint second so I'll see if I can do something for them in the new year - might revamp Pistanthrophobia before updating it, much like I'm doing with some of the other fics. I think there's some things I cut out/didn't explore quite as well the first time round so I might rewrite it from a new angle maybe? not too much to change but the thought is there. 
          
          oh also TGCT might take a while because I gotta get back into the spirit of writing it TT-TT
