I'm a fairly ordinary teen who has been called to be not-so-ordinary.  I am a born again Christian who tries to please God with my life and my actions.  
I'll be honest, I struggle against my self and my sin to understand how much He loves me.   I can easily get carried away with myself in pride and self-preoccupation.  But I'm trying to work on giving God the glory and praise due Him.  I want to use my talents to serve and please Him.  I'm only a vessel; not the Master Craftsman.

I love a good fiction thriller or suspense novel...anything with action and adventure!  Frank Peretti and Ted Dekker are my top two favorite authors.  I also like Alton Ganskey and Dee Henderson.
I tend to write fiction in the areas of adventure, fantasy, and a little romance (not a favorite, but can't help it from creeping in now and then).  But ultimately, I don't want to just be another fiction writer.  I want to write something that contains a message about the love and grace and mercy of my God, and life-changing message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ!  God help me, I pray, if I begin writing anything lacking of a Gospel message.

I love being outside.  I love my dog.  I'm a LEGO fanatic.  I enjoy videogames (tower defense and strategy games are the best!), cartoon movies (Pixar and Disney for the win!), and imagination games in the backyard with my brother.  I love laughing, and often act silly and goofy just to make my friends and family laugh (and I don't have a bad success rate, either!).
I love Bible studies, and find myself frequently following or participating in theology debates.
My favorite book in the Bible is Hebrews.

I would love to enter the medical field either as a nurse or a paramedic; I also love working with children and struggling teens.  However, I'm not sure where God is calling me yet.
