Oki so when kyoya did that thing to Haruhi this is how it went:
          	
          	Kyoya was talking about that he needed to buy the girls some flowers to apologize about two boys assaulting them on his property, Haruhi says she'll pay him back but he says they were 50,000 yen each, so thats a lot. He turned the lights off and he grinned at her saying she can repay him with her body. He pushes her on his bed and then she smiles talking anout the fact he wouldn't do it and hes just proving Tamaki is right about haruhi not being able to defend herself. He gets off her and Im prett sure she leaves.
