Today, I realized I haven't been on Wattpad in two months, and I think it's been 3 or 4 since I've updated or even looked at my work. So, first things first is, thank you for being so patient and waiting for updates. When I don't hear something from an author for months I'm always wondering what's going on so here's a hopefully condensed update:
1. I've been in school, and I just haven't had time. For anyone whose been in an architecturally based program, you know how time-consuming it can be. There literally aren't enough hours in the day.
2. Most of my creative juices have been spent designing chairs and cafés, so inspiration is few and far between. Knocking out a good paragraph is rare nowadays.
3. There really, literally just aren't enough hours in the day. I meant that when i said it.
4. I WILL BE FINISHING THE NOVEL. This isn't a message to tell you I won't. I get so disappointed when I'm really into a story only for the author to stop just as it's getting good or you're invested. If I didn't know where the story was headed that's one thing. But I have a good idea what's going to happen, and a few future chapters tucked away. I just have to get there first.
And here comes the reality. . .
5. I have no idea when that will be. I'm hoping to be able to give you a chapter of two during my Christmas break, but I can't guarantee it. And i don't know if I'll have the time until next year. I wouldn't blame you if you wanted to just checked in around July to see if any progress was made. And that's my tentative date. I say this to be on the safest side possible so if you don't get an update til then you're not wondering why.
