Man often becomes what he believes himself to be. If you keep on saying that you cannot do a certain thing, it is possible that you might end by really becoming incapable of doing it. On the other hand, if you have the belief that you can do it, you may find that you acquire the capacity to do it, even if you may not have it at the beginning :)
