I hope you don’t mind me asking but when you say that izuku split himself in the cycle of hatred and they are both strong in their own way and when they like merged back one will it make izuku more powerful if both of their strengths are combined

Let me ask you something in the cycle of hatred when everybody knew Izumi along with katsuki bully izuku and use their quirks illegally on him,why didn’t they get arrested or expelled for their actions
