"BLESSED & BLACK AWARDS " is aimed at uplifting and praising black writers who write black fiction. there's nothing as beautiful as seeing ordinary people go out of the mainstream white washed fiction route to create universes where black people are main characters and black struggles, triumphs and excellence are the focus. representation is everything.
