Girl I need the continuation of chasing ghosts 

The Summer I Turned Pretty gives me such a revolting ick with the way the story wants me to root for Conrad Fisher as if he isn’t the most wishy washy character I’ve ever seen. And Jeremiah isn’t even a good option either lmao. 
          
          “But Conrad was grieving his mom when he was cruel with Belly :( “ boo effing hoo. Maybe it’s my adult, married brain but I cannot root for the emotionally unavailable man who still can’t even communicate effectively even after four years of therapy. 
          
          In a world of men like Conrad, date a men like Percy Jackson, Anthony Bridgerton (the tv series, not the book), Jamie Fraser, and Peeta Mellark. Men who also have trauma but don’t let said trauma keep them from actually liking their love interests lol.
