Hello! 你好! 안녕하세요! Bonjour!こんにちは!

I am a creative soul that got caught in the corporate rat race, only to be reminded during Covid lockdown that I was born to create castles in the clouds.  Being a writer was a childhood ambition that I'd forgotten, and if there is one thing about Covid that I'm grateful for, it's that I was reminded of that. One day, out of boredom, I sat at my computer and started writing again, and fell into a flow I had not felt in years. 

A die-hard romantic, I am a huge fan of Asian film & drama (both Chinese and Korean). Born in Singapore, I have lived in Shanghai and Sydney. I like to believe that my stories reflect my east-meets-west upbringing. 

I speak English and Mandarin Chinese, studied Japanese in high-school but have forgotten most of it, have attempted to learnt a bit of Korean and am studying French as I am due to be relocate to Europe after Covid for work (wish me luck!). I am really interested in how different cultures interact with each other historically...which is probably why vampires and immortality appeal to me! 

During the day I work for a tech company - you'll see that reflected in my writing. I both love and am scared of technology. 

It's plain to see that I'm a huge fan of gothic & vampire romance, and Xianxia (仙侠) fiction and fable. I'm also a massive Harry Potter and Game of Thrones fan, a not-so-closet fan of BL fiction (fave C-drama of all time has to be Untamed..."Everyday is everyday"...), and a proud member of the BTS Army(I 💜 purple 💜 you all!). Haha!
