Y’all even having the app is hard for me right now. I’m gonna delete it for a few days. I’m having a really difficult time staying stable and am trying my best to find reasons not to fuck everything up and break my sobriety Right now. I fucking hate myself for always getting into these goddamn situations and fucking myself over Every time. I’ve had 21 panic attacks today and I’ve thrown up 6 times, I haven’t eaten In almost 24 hours and besides the 7 hours I was in school, my flashbacks are constant. 

Hey guys, I’m going to be taking a break from
          Writing on Wattpad for a while. Some personal things came up and I need to take some time to not let it destroy all the progress I’ve made thus far. To be 100% honest I’m very close to falling apart.
