          Of course, I would give you full credit—it's your story, after all. I also post edits of my own stories and the ones I translate into Spanish (with the authors' permission) on TikTok.

Hii! I just wanted to apologize for what I did. I think I owe you an apology as well. It’s basic respect, and I should’ve known better. I genuinely misunderstood and assumed that using they/them meant I could also use she/her or he/him because that’s something some of my friends are personally okay with. I realize now that I shouldn’t have assumed that applied to everyone. I never meant to be disrespectful or cause any harm to the LGBTQIA+ community. I really appreciate you calling me out on my behavior because it helped me realize my mistake, and I’m sorry. Thank you too, for being such a good friend to Lottie. I hope they can forgive me someday, but if they can’t, I completely understand and respect that. I also hope you can forgive me.
