          ◞◟)       the neon-lit streets of the south korean modern city of gwicheon hum with the sound of high-tech engines. ai has taken over most systems, self-driving cars are the norm, and tall glass buildings pass the clouds. the city is known for its creativity, sleek design, and endless motion, but beneath it all is something much less improved. 
          
          
          ◞◟)       the underground, a hidden world built on speed, danger, and pure strength, lies far beneath gwicheon's ideal surface. outlaws, mechanics, and racers are connected by underground tunnels, abandoned subway lines, and black-market garages. the real action takes place here. here, technology poses a threat, and the law is ineffective. other than the ones you establish, there are no rules. 
          
          
          ◞◟)       six elite crews are at the center of it all. each one has their own identity and rules. they’re more than just street racers… they’re legends in the underground. some race for glory, others for revenge, and a few just want to feel alive. they use custom-built machines, illegal upgrades, and skills passed down through generations of street racing.
          
          
          ◞◟)       the six biggest crews are: neonex, vyre, flare, voltkin, aerith, and nova

i’ve been a bts stan since 2016 (?) and i JUST finished reading blood ink. WHAT WAS THAT ENDING?? like, i genuinely enjoyed reading the story, but the ending threw me in for a loop.
