i have no idea wtf is going on with wattpad and i'd love it if they changed it back, but i guess that's not going to happen. i think that basically, when you click notify my followers while posting on your message board, everyone gets a notif. i literally had 85+ and it was so overwhelming, so please try not to use the feature lmao
