I was going to put a chapter about this in my books but I figured this would best be put here.
Yesterday, we lost someone so special to our world. Alan Rickman died age 69 after his long, exhausting battle with cancer.
As many things I would say about this, words cannot even describe how devastated I am.
No, I never knew him personally and it was my life long dream to meet him. Not because he played Severus Snape in Harry Potter, not because of his fame but because Alan Rickman was one of those rare types of people in the world: where everything about him was so special disguised behind his characters.
When I'm an adult of the year 2040, I will still remember you. I'll still be addicted to watched HP bloopers, and all the amazing movies you were in. I'll look at my collection of Harry Potter books on my shelf, and still remember you. They'll say to me, "After all this time?" And I'll instantly reply with, "Always."
May you rest in peace, Alan Rickman. You were so important to everyone in this world ❤️
