hi everyone,
          
          in honor of Dolly Parton's passing today, i decided to change my profile photo to pay my respects. she was a truly remarkable woman in music, songwriting, and especially with her philanthropy. her compassion and kindness was truly a bright light.
          
          i'm thinking about her family, friends, and especially Linda Ronstadt and Emmylou Harris today. 1/3 of our trio has officially left this world. we will miss her so much. :(
          
          rest in peace, sweet angel.

hi everyone, just a small update! :)
          
          i know i said i was going to have chapters 7-8 out on Friday or Saturday. however, i haven't even had a moment to look at chapter 8 to continue writing, but chapter 7 is now yours and since i've delayed with publishing dates, i will be releasing three chapters instead of two like i originally planned to do for my new, regular scheduling. i hope to have those out sometime this weekend!

hi everyone, just a quick little update!
          
          i'm working on chapters 7-8 of my Emmylou fanfiction, which is very exciting! however, i've been having some writer's block for chapter 8, so it's slow progress there. if i don't get through with it by Friday, i will publish chapter 7 on its own. i also start college tomorrow, which leaves me on a time crunch for writing until i have a break or i have my days off on Friday's. if i don't have much work for my classes this week, i may be able to write some more.
          
          like i mentioned before, i will write my drafts up so on a day that i don't have the time nor energy to write i can just publish a chapter for you all to read! it may take a minute for me to catch up with those, but rest assured, i'm hopeful you all will enjoy it and get some anticipation out of it! :)

hi everyone, i wanted to give you all a little update!<3 
          
          1. i'm currently working on the new chapters for "Love in Three-Quarter Time."
          
          2. i'm also writing Emmylou Harris oneshots (just short, mini stories). there is one i'm thinking about writing that could later become an excerpt from "Love in Three-Quarter Time." those will most likely not be posted for a while as i want to focus on the story i'm putting all my dedication into and want to keep my creativity and focus on one thing at a time! :)
          
          3. my schedule is going to start getting full due to college. i'm going to write as many drafts as i can so that way my posting schedule will be as consistent as possible, especially on days when i'm unable to write. i've considered writing them in my free time whenever i go to the library after doing my courses i need to complete for my online and in-person classes, if i'm done studying and want to fill my brain with more creative writing, or do them at home if i have the motivation during the week. luckily i will have Friday's off and eventually Monday's and Wednesday's off from college later during my fall semester, meaning possibly more time to write once i get through some of my classes. i am also going to *hopefully* have a new job by this point as well.
          
          4. holidays and breaks will be a different story, i will definitely have more free time to write since i won't have any classes unless i have to do a huge project but other than that, my plan is to make time during those long months to do that! :)
