I struggle with Anxiety and Depression. Discovering the use of writing to cope. Some of this may be very graphic with the descriptions of my nightmares haunt me. The past struggle of hopelessness and fret will transform into hope in the dark world. This page is to get out the fears I have about life, and about my future.
