I think I used another app, but I deleted it and I totally forgot the name. But the one that I usually use now is Phonto. You would have to download the fonts from dafont.com. It's hard to explain here. There's many tutorials on YouTube on how to use Phonto. If you're wondering how to do the lines, I usually just put spaces in the text bar and go to style, click underline and click solid in the options. You'll understand how to do it once you use the app for a while and learn its options.
